Due to the nature of our products and manufacturing process, we do not offer refunds on confirmed or processed orders, unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A return or replacement may be accepted only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged
The product is defective or malfunctioning
The product received does not match the order specifications
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
Proof of purchase and photographic/video evidence of the issue must be provided.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or made-to-order products
Used or installed items
Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or external factors
Products without proper documentation or proof of issue
Once your return request is submitted:
Our team will review the details and evidence.
If required, an inspection may be arranged.
Once approved, a replacement unit or corrected product will be provided.
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where replacement is not possible.
If the error is on our side (damaged, defective, or wrong product), Kedmech will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders may be canceled only before production or processing begins.
Once manufacturing or preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.
